Examination reforms that focus on problem-solving, critical thinking and reasoning skills are critical to improving quality at the secondary level. Such reforms will change the teaching–learning processes and improve learning outcomes. In recent years, CBSE has introduced wide-ranging examination reforms in schools affiliated to it, such as Class X Board Examination has been made optional, Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation (CCE) has been strengthened so that the students, are assessed on an ongoing basis for their holistic development, a system of grading in place of marks has been introduced. The objectives are to look at the existing systems and suggest reforms which would help better assessment of students.

there are many cases of child suicide. now there are a lot of subjects and books of every subject are maximum. we should increase practical knowledge, easy methods of learning so that every child get good marks and he never suicide . minimum syllabus and maximum revision can increase result. CCE is the good method that is add in exams.

According to the CCE Rule ,the syllabus has been divided into SA -I and SA-II.After SA -I the syllabus of SA-1 which is completely flushed off from the student's mind because they want to concentrate on the SA-II syllabus only. so there should be some middle way to help them to revise the whole syllabus.

govt. schools evaluation is very must because teachers don't take any interest in teaching in govt schools.they take busy the students to do their personal works. the conditions of students in govt.schools is very kind. so plz take a view on this point.

education cost is very high in private schools because in govt. schools level of education is very down kindly try to reduce the cost of education so that every one can get better education and can be the part of high society. there is no meaning of saying that education is the right of every person unless we reduce the cost of education if a poor person has keen interest in study but becase of money peroblems he can't gain better education

Many question asked in today's school exam are directly from the school books which can be easily mugged up the previous night of the exam which don't show the true potential of the student. Therefore, all questions should be of analysis type based on the syllabus of the class to check the proper understanding of the student in the concerned subjects. Sports and extra curricular activities should be given equal weight-age in preparation of final report card to get promotion to next class.

I think, there should be no option for the students to choose school based exam or board exam.. Board exam should be made compulsory for all for the quality result. grade system should be up to 3rd level..

The word “examination” should change, instead it can be evaluation. Students should get evaluated on his/her personality, cultural/sports activities and subject. The evaluation on subject should give more important for practical knowledge. Students should get evaluated without his/her knowledge and even the teachers should get evaluated on timely manner. A separate Performance improvement program need to be conducted for the students whose score seems less.

Scrap CCE immediately and bring in a tougher exam system with the provision of failure. The very strength of Indian brains envied all around the world is being removed by this current system of examination. The pupils have no fear of any punishment (like failure) for not studying which is proving detrimental. Upto Class VIII they don't study and after this period their utter childishness and playfulness, they can't study as their base has already been destroyed.
