Exams are pressure for the mind. But is essential for withstanding the pressure of the future life. But apart from the syllabus wise exam schedule, make sure that students should express their ideas with the concepts they achieved in the classrooms in the examination. Individual assessment is necessary. So that we have to make good quality teachers. Teaching should be focussed to ensure that students should attain 'the power of creativity'.

I work as a teacher and during time span I clearly understood that CCE isnt benefiting Students it is just a bane for Indian education system.
Schools turned into archive centers where records related to students performance are kept and for the sake of their job teachers are bound to do so.
Even sometimes teachers focus on records and main purpose of education and their main duty is sidelined.
It was initiated for students who are not good in academics but majority of them avoid hard work.

In Mumbai there are many first time learners who sadly fail in English or math at board exams and this discourages them from reappearing or furthering education . This needs to be addressed first time learner families do not have the resources or mentoringcababilities. Either the marking of papers for such children has to be lax or some kind of system set up to mentor
