Central government should articulate a set of student learning outcomes that prioritize 21st century skills such as synthesizing information, understanding evidence and problem-solving
1. States should adopt examination methods that triggers gradual change in the curriculum and pedagogy
2. Teachers to view student evaluation as a tool to improve their own teaching strategy
3. States should work with industry to design examination focused on testing students on application of content

In class 1 and class 2, each have 4 books. Each book has 150 pages with many new sentences and words. And the question pattern children face in the exam is as follows:
Q. Fill In the Blank
1. The little house had one ___________________ door. (yellow / green).
2. He likes to ________________ in the park. (run / walk).
To answer the above questions, children have to remember every lines and words of the book.

No detention policy of the government till class VIII needs to be reviewed.Students should be promoted to class VI after they have achieved a minimum level of understanding in respective areas of knowledge.Under the present scenario there is no system in place to check the accountability of Primary and middle school teachers.Teachers hardly take any pain for the weak students. Remedial classes in schools are not executed seriously.Teachers simply pass on their responsibility to the next batch.

Govt. should interfere in the matter of cbse for changing some old rule like changing date of birth and names. Many students with such problens usually get stuck in court cases. Cbse should permit these changes easily as these changes is usually done through state gazette.
