Girl Child ki suraksha,bhrun-hatya rokne & Girl child education ka ek-maatra upaay yehi hai ki Ek Girl baby ke Paida hote hi Govt use ek bank account apni taraf se gift kare & every month at least Rs.100.00 uske account mein transfer kiyaa kare & every year ke last mein deposit raashi ko automatically FD/RD mein convert karne ka provision ho & wo account/paisa tab-tak us Girl Child ko transfer nahin ho jab-tak ki wo at least 18 years ki nahin ho jaaye aur tab dekhiye iskaa over-whelming result.

Specially so for the ilitary and para military orgs : eg a common helicopter for all services and para militarya and each modifies it as per its requirements etc.
