The Public Sector banks (particularly SBI) of Tamilnadu region not transferring female employee both married and unmarried on their request at a place where husband or parent is stationed. This is creating lot of stress in the minds of female employees in SBI and their personal life is also severely affected. We request you to take necessary steps to implement the transfer procedure as early as possible so that we can have a peaceful life to serve family and also our nation.

The ministry of finance already issued a circular (Reference circular no F.NO 4/9/1/2014-IR dated 08.08.2014) regarding the transfer of female employees but State Bank of India has not taken any step regarding the same, they have not issued transfers for past few years stating many reasons.
