Sir, I belong to Steel and automobile industries. Our Panchratna are the giamts among the world but the condition of the equipment and the poor technology are leading towards less production and poor quality of finished goods. Tendering process are major chunk which lead to buy cheap equipment and end of the day lesser safety and less productivity, more expenses on repairing, spares and again order new equipments. These thing should be taken care and I bet on you that India will rule on steel.

Sir if you can less the government job and hire candidates on contract than it is more profitable for the government because you pay more than 30k to a LDC and he is not working properly but if you can pay 20k to a contract basis candidate it works more and properly than a LDC. So please think on it because on contract you can hire two candidates on behalf of one LDC.

Save Water - It is observed that Water is provided free of cost in Hotels in India.It leads to lot of wastage because majority times large part of good water is thrown as waste water. As we Indians sips once glass of water and then remaining become useless for use. Hotel may be allowed to charge nominal amount for providing water in glasses. I had been Italy and I found that no hotel was providing water. You have to purchase water bottles. Save water should the mantra for this century.

yes, in my opinion,sme and msmes only can create more jobs. in this regard my idea is that we follow the japan model, instead of u s model.in japan, though giants like, sony, mitsubhishi etc exists but for their main product, all parts are manufactured by the small scale industries. for example,in consumer goods industry, like, tv, air conditioner, computer, or even automobile etc this concept should be adopted. this will also help us revive all the sick units , where large amount is locked up
