Productivity of Indian working population is also a issue which needs to be discussed. If you discuss with Indians or Non Indians who has got experience of Leading / working with cross country teams, everyone will vouch that we Indians lack a lot in terms of Productivity. I believe that there should be broad based discussion on this topic in all available media. Importance of commitment, accountability and responsibility towards work should be discussed and enforced our workforce by and large.

In New Education policy it is essential to add character building at primary level education, which by default exist in the past when we were in Primary school. Nowadays it is vanished from our primary teacher's blood. When a child learn some basic things like Value, ethics, socialism, respect for olders at primary level then only he can follow these throughout his life, bcoz today's maximum parents teach their son how to earn money, not respect..!!!

As I believe, there should be very transparent law for the industries, so that industrialist can do business very smoothly . Further , to avoid any burden of cost, as originally introduced CENVAT credit scheme, tax credit should be pass on without any restriction in the beneficial of consumer.

I loved the concept of Make in India for DEFENCE Equipments. As most of the equipment for defence work we import from other countries. We have skilled people and they work in foriegn companies and we buy from those companies. So we need to change the system of importing most of the things.we need to start manufacturing hubs in India itself.

The cost of a Coronary Bypass Surgery in India is about Rs 1.5 Lakhs while in the USA it is not less than 55 Lakhs at a halfway decent hospital. Why don't we convert all the unprofitable three and four star hotels in India to hospitals. They are all luxuriously appointed and rich foreigners will not hesitate to use our surgical facilities. The money earned can help upgrade our existing healthcare facilities and generate employment opportunities for doctors and nurses.

SIr you are doing a great job by initiating MAKE IN INDIA to attract in India to invest. But sir u are not paying attention towards ENTREPRENEURSHIP. The youth in India want to start his/her own start up but cant because he does not get any support or get a g=few support from govt and society. Sir u should make some scheme so that there can be developed n environment of ENTREPRENEURSHIP in which the youth has full support from govt so that he can apply his innovative ideas without any fear.

"NEW EDUCATION POLICY" Minimum educational qualification should be prefixed even for any constitutional post( including p a n c h a y a t level elected candidates ) .One side we talk about literacy and girl child education .Depression will increase if a literate is not getting job / elected .Sme & Msme sector will be facilitated to pick & choose from within village .
