Sir, first and foremost thing is to reconsider our education system. Please replace these three with the ones suggested in education system. Half of the problem will be solved.
1. Replace the word "Marks" with "Love"
2. Replace the word "Class" with "Light"
3. Replace the word "Exam" with "Peace"
With this the children will stop fearing about many unwanted thoughts.
Next, allow only those students to school whose parents are willing their kids to share all traumatic events in their day to day life. They should not be curbed by parents. Parents need counselling and not kids. With this we can build enormous confidence in our society. Please take it up with Department of Education and a person who is passionate about this change should take up this task. I mentioned about Dr. Ashish Shukla from deep Knowledge channel. He should take over this task. Without proper foundation how can we build culturally strong society in future. Hope this idea benefits the society at large.

Our Indian tradition has a long history. CSIR implement the national initiative of Scientifically Validated traditional practices and instill confidence regarding the scientific values amongst citizens. It is fact that Traditional Heritage is an integral part of country's development and progress. Valuable knowledge is often part of our daily practices. We need to once again study our tradition and culture which has been passed over thousands of years.

Traditions and cultural preservation are vital. They preserves a sense of unity and belonging among people of a specific community. So, the forefathers passed much cultural heritage to the new generation.
Cultural preservation’s future is at risk. Because of today’s busy lifestyles and intense social responsibilities. Preservation of cultural heritage requires the protection of our cultural heritage.
Above all, sharing your cultural heritage is the best way to preserve it.
Future generations can live according to their ancestor’s values by preserving cultural heritage. Cultural heritage is a constitutional right that the constitution should protect.
