Where purchasing of raw materials and manufacturing of particular fabrics fall in a huge quantity which will ease in making a quality product and fight with competitive rates in market. Which will help all MSME manufacturers to earn uniformly.

There should be a uniform salary structure to the workers, without disparity, will increase the production.Investment, labour and marketing are the essentials to improve the productivity. The government may form a separate board to monitor the performance of the textile business. one IAS officer may be posted to moderate the industry.
