जहां हमारे वीर जवान ट्रेनिंग लेते हैं, वहां हम कुछ ऐसा लिखा हुआ देखते हैं कि 'शांतिकाल में बहाया पसीना, युद्ध काल में रक्त बहने से बचाता है।' इसका अर्थ है शांति की पूर्व शर्त वीरता है। वीरता की पूर्व शर्त है सामर्थ्य और सामर्थ्य की पूर्व शर्त है पहले से की गई तैयारी। बाकी सब इसके बाद आता है।

Budgeting and financial management in defence reflect the budgeting procedures and practices used in the public sector. Hence, the analysis of enablers of corruption in defence, related to financial management, may start with an analysis of the implementation of key principles of sound budgeting in the public sector, presented in Box 6.1. Defence budgeting is the process of allocating financial resources to defence activities. It is a comprehensive process encompassing budget planning, execution, reporting and auditing. Transparent defence budgeting and accountable financial management are key to ensuring the integrity of all defence activities and reducing the potential for corruption in defence. Highly autonomous security forces that are able to act with impunity in the economic and political spheres are often professionally weak and highly cost-ineffective. Because the armed forces in many African countries absorb the majority of resources allocated to the security sector and tend to have a high degree of political autonomy, there is much interest in development, implementation and monitoring processes for defense budgets.

defense budgeting different from budgeting for other sectors? What constitutes good practice in defense budgeting? How can inadequate defense budgets be addressed? This paper from a staff member at the Center for International Policy, Washington DC looks at defense budgeting in Africa and suggests that sound fiscal management of the entire security sector is essential if a country is to have effective, efficient and professional security forces.

Improve in missile system and redar syestem,armed vehicles,Aircraft carrier in defence sector will increase power and glory of Indian army, Navy. Specially if these are manufactured in India.

Hello respected sir,sabhi indian hero(army) ko sbse pahle bp transportation system hona chahiye,and bulletproof jacket hona chahiye ,mera manana ye hai ki bullet train se jyada jaruri hamare army bhaiyon k lie bulletproof jacket jaruri hai,and unki salary aur jyada hona chahiye,and Sahid ki patni ko virwadhu k name se jana jana chahiye
