Respected PM Sir, Bharat is spending Rs.10,000-Crores for potash import for fertilizer manufacture. India has areas in which we can launch mineral exploration for potash. These areas are: 1. Permian rock formations of Gondwana in Peninsular India & Himalayas; 2. Devonian rocks in Kashmir, Spiti & Byans; 3. Miocene rocks like Quilon beds, Kathiawar (Saurashtra) & Bokabil in Assam & Lower Siwalik rocks along Himalayan foothills. Respective Dept be asked to launch work to save import bill.

I have been working in the field of cancer immunology immunotherapy for more than fifteen years in US, and I believe I have sufficient experience and expertise to build a company from ground and build a solid portfolio in 5 years time frame, including preclinical studies, with appropriate collaborations. While I would love to build Indian Astra Zeneca/ BMS/ Genentech, my goal is to build good immunotherapies for Indian people that are affordable. With that goal. I need investment of Rs 50-100cr.

The medical education is long enough, especially for the Super specialists. They work in the general hospitals and institutions while getting educated for at least seven years after they pass MBBS, which is four and half years. Pressing them for compulsory government bond for medical council registration looks injustice. Better would be to give them immediate jobs with renumeration coinciding with the private sector, so that we don't lose out knowledgeable doctors.

cont...factories are not growing and are not showing workers on roll due to anarchic labour laws as it becomes difficult to fire workers above 10 workers in factory therefore indian factories are small and not large enough even if you can extend ability to fire workers till 100-200 workers by amending laws it will allow many small companies to grow into medium and large companies thus creating employment. Kindly think and implement these 2 changes on emergency basis
