We need to have regulations in place to restrict countries like China and other enemy nations from accessing or requesting access to Indian non-personal or personal data. Companies like Tencent which was founded by a psycho Ma Huateng, Huawei and Korean companies like Samsung should not only be banned from accessing any kind of Indian data infact all these companies and their products should be banned forever.

5. We have to maintain diversity or their states own culture, property individually and all states can connect common protocol main things in central. That will be our power. Or Unity in diversity. These are some thoughts can think off.

So considering medical or health perspective, early age coding , computer, or electronic gadgets leads to health issues. So need to use minimal, optimized ways better for human health etc. 4.Ours is complex system with various culture, state etc. We cannot copy exactly like other foreign countries. We have to maintain or preserve our culture as well. I feel that's where we survived though we have ruled by others. So connecting everything and making one will be easy to disturb.

Related to AI , I feel little odd. It will reduce jobs?manual works ? What is the need of AI system? Is science development becoming complexity? Need to validate those points. 3. I have seen young age coding , ie even in 6th standard. Though we are seeing young age coding, or electronic gadgets usage in early ages improvement, but as biology it is not good for health. We are destroying ourselves due to more development?. If you asked psychology doctor they will say patients are mostly ITpeople

But we have something like that as hard copy one probably. So digitally we can segregate IP, non IP. Horizontal, Verticals probably.... Need to validate above 2. Generally AI improvement ie Artificial intelligence I feel little odd. Because every body has natural intelligence. What is need of AI. We are making ourselves complexity? AI is natural language processor, machine language, robot system etc.But it will reduce manual work. We have enough people in our country or man power more.

Following deriving as from education and experience 1. Generally data classification can do in private , public. We have various sectors. When we process or analyze data we may find new innovations, inventions, evolve with decisions etc. So further we can segregate IP , non IP data. ie Intellectual property and non Intellectual property. I have seen in Bangalore building with Intellectual property. I think already government has this intellectual property system. I am not sure.

Many report cards /data can be made public 1)-Education - what was the aim other than a school pass certificate ? If no learning was the aim Y not give it auto and mandatory like birth certificate ? if it has changed anything let data show both men/women- education v/s crime , education v/s population , #hum5hmare50 , education v/s cleanliness -civic sense- Encroaching road -allah u akbar 5x 100 decibels ? education v/s job , earning ! or loot ,waste 18 year PHd/IIM is not enuf to get a job?
