A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

आदरणिय पंतप्रधान साहेब सादर प्रणाम, आपल्याकडे जनसंख्येच्या मानाने वैद्यकीय सुविधा खूपच कमी आहेत, त्यात अधिक लक्ष घालून गावागावात शासकीय मदत केंद्र उभारणे गरजेचे आहे, तेथील होतकरू, शिक्षित व ज्यांना ज्यांना अशा कार्यांची आवड आहे अशा व्यक्तींस योग्य असे प्राथमिक प्रकारचे प्रथमोपचार, छोटी मोठी कसरत, आपात्कालीन मदत वगैरे असे तज्ञांचे मार्फत प्रशिक्षण द्यावं, म्हणजे आपल्या शासकीय वैद्यकीय सेवा देणाऱ्या कर्मचाऱ्यांना त्यांची मदत घेऊन जास्तीत जास्त प्राथमिक उपचार हे गावागावातच मिळतील, पोच मिळावी

Government should make a separate Television channel for common people where government should give proper and detailed information about the usage of the Tax. we have the right to know that where our government is utilizing our money. Google, FB and other forms of social media must be regulated and strict policies guidelines must be formulated Social media is a boon and a curse now..

Following aspects may be considered please: 1. Elaboration of definition of NPD 2. Provenance of data/ data lineage. 3. Whiplash effect control mechanism 4. FAIR data principles 5. Rational usage of Meta data/Terra data 6. Legal remedies for damages from the beneficiary by the source owner of the data/ digital intelligence info 7. Fiduciary responsibilities/ Jurisprudence norms

some website or companies take human trails by logs and get confidential information from our storage .There should be no right to any company including Google that they should not given any right to store individual information because in future it will cause a very big problem. Thanks

Anything related to Data needs to have a governing body and the governing body as well need to be transparent. Google, FB and other forms of social media must be regulated and strict policies guidelines must be formulated. Social media is a boon and a curse now...
