A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

Non - Personal Data can be made available to others provided the concerned authority gives his / her consent. Personal or Non Personal -Data is a set of information which needs proper monitoring and governance. Cyber crime that takes place in India gets un-noticed because we do not have a proper governance, Cyber Cell needs to be more proactive and build confidence in Public so we will be able to share our Non Personal Data.

Non personnel Data anonymised data of land records, public health information, vehicle registration data this should be updated time to time otherwise people may face many problems. the real instance which I faced was one person he have the ration card, his son bought a maruthi suzuki 800 car. then the ration card was blocked by department but after sevaral months he sold that and changed the name from one person to other but still it was not removed in the online record. farmers land records

First Piority for ModijiGovernment IS TO implement Uniform Civil Code making ALL Indians equal&ELIMINATING THIS MAJORITY MINORITY DIVIDE FOREVER! Though constitution-makers had recommded uniform civil code70 years ago,sadly politicians are BUSY dividing people into vote banks&care ONLY about wining elections using Vote Banks!The Election system MUST BE reformed to make Voting Compulsory & non-voting pnishable so that it is educated & informed majority who elect MPs&MLAS!

In its most basic form non personal data is any set of data which does not contain personally identifiable information. This is in essence means that no individual or living person can be identified by looking at such data.

National anthem not singing in college, pls try to start. bcz nowadays students not aware about national security. Please take serious action regarding bad way internet using by our people all ages nowadays. it must stop and stop. otherwise it will go very bad and unhealthy india. television showing very wrong things and these inputs are going to people mind and they react the same.

In today's world, the most important thing is security of personal data of a user,consumer etc. some website or companies take human trails by logs and get confidential information from our storage .There should be no right to any company including Google that they should not given any right to store individual information because in future it will cause a very big problem. Login with social website and active two step verification of users. Thanks

As banks do not provide micro loans for self employed people, it is used exhaustively by high interest rate finance providers through apps. This leads to so many sucides all over the country due to the coerrsion of such App company. To help poor people from getting into this type of trap, bank should provide micro loans based on Aadhaar card.
