A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

The data shared for log in details should not be compromised. There should be strict monitoring of social media platforms to ensure encryption as well as to prevent circulation of fake messages, unhealthy trolls.

As you might be aware, the Committee of Experts on Non-Personal Data Governance (NPD Committee), chaired by Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan, has issued its final Report for public consultation, and is inviting comments before 27 January 2021. The Committee which was convened in September 2019, issued its draft Report for public comment earlier in July 2020. As a part of the public consultation process, NASSCOM submitted its detailed feedback in September 2020, recommending inter alia that:

India need to define non personal data in manner that protects intellectual property rights serves genuine public interest and promotes innovation. India can learn from France’s national strategy on artificial intelligence policy which encourages economic players to share and poor their data with the state acting as a trusted third party.

In today's world, the most important thing is security of personal data of a user,consumer etc. some website or companies take human trails by logs and get confidential information from our storage .There should be no right to any company including Google that they should not given any right to store individual information because in future it will cause a very big problem. NON PERSONNEL DATA MUST BE ARRANGED ACCORDING TO REQUIRED SECURITY, ALLOT COLOR ACCORDINGLY, OPEN COMPLAINT BOX TO IMPROVE AND SECURE HACKER APPROACH, THERE MUST BE RESTRICTION ON ALL HIGH SECRECY DATA DOWN LOADER TO USE SECURE GATEWAY ONLY.
