A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

These cash transactions made on land deals used for purchasing of gold from the jewellery showroom with bulk amounts, which received from land deals and they are not paid for stamp for each transactions in the state. Here, people can buy only gold with this big amount which comes Almost above 10 lakhs and used to make 6 to 7 bills in different names by the customer. So please put a restriction on all land deals happening in Kerla states

Today newspaper I had seen a news regarding, for purchasing of gold with liquid cash by the people and Enforcement directorate is taking Accountable for the same is a great movement towards corporate corruption in the kerala states. Whatever the fact bring forwarded by the ED is actually happening in daily basis in all jewellery showroom in kerala, please also make strict vigilant in real estate people running in kerala state. They were evading tax by pay liquid cash to the people for the sale.

We are facing lots of problems due to govt/babus apathy rather hostile behaviour against the business. The policy-the government has no business. Such low hanging fruits of discontinuing awards in Films, Sports, Politics and other fields. Honour the real heroes of Nation that are mostly unsung in India. The govt framework on non-personal data the passport vehicle license is checked by the govt.
