A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

Non personal Data It helps to every people to lead is life, most of people don't no how to fill application form and what is the procedure of government office rule and how to obtain it's benefits.fist government to make paper less digital data,when you enter is aadhaar number it automatically fill the application form no need to fill manually.it helps to reduce time and mistakes. guide the people is regional language he understand language.it improve knowledge and skill of commen people.

Environment health as well as Agriculture approaches are positive AatmaNirbhar personally data. Atumonous activities knowledge, soil health, Water management, Environment health eco medicine, eco farming, Fundamental farming knowledge etc. are positive personally data. Organically Atumonous additives can be best scientific technology. Organically positive activities are very much good for living life. Even now , said by agitators , their crop is not bought by private players at MSP and if still they want to continue same system , good , repeal agricultural laws , continue Electricity reforms , stop these subsidies , build graineries with this amount saved , public will see better facilites at FCI godowns and it will a positive SIGHT & SIGNAL to public - GOOD GOVERNANCE MANAGEMENT IN VIEW OF FULL PUBLIC . Other way of getting the reforms done and moving ahead .

Submission/ Discussion as a commoner , Humble suggestion that common person feels giving immunity- concessions / subsidy to farmers in form of stuble burning and electricity bills at the cost of other consumers , instead government should use this money given to farmers in form of free power - subsidy of thousand - lac crores to build up graineries and strengthen its food reserves instead of giving this to private sector .

The government framework on non personal data the pass port vehicle license is checked by government. The brastachari public elevted poltisian gives pardarshakta and this poltisian black money used for nation development.

Simple tasks, for which Govt. employees are paid, don't get done if money for 'mithaai' is not given!! The government should look into this and take severe actions. Two such offices are 1. Office of the passport verification by police. 2. The postmen in charge of delivering the passport to the address.
