A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

We are facing lots of problems due to govt/babus apathy rather hostile behavior against business. If our data can be classified as personal or non personal, if it is violated what sort of punishment will you decide? Today if our files are delayed endlessly in want of bribe, no action is taken against corrupt. How do we trust?

സർ നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യം കൊറോണ എന്ന ഭീകര വയിറസിന്റെ ആക്രമണത്തെ തുടർന്ന് സാമ്പത്തികമായും വ്യവസായികപരമായും തൊഴിൽ പരമായതും ജനങ്ങൾ പൊറുതിമുട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ പുതിയ ബഡ്ജറ്റിൽ സാധാരണക്കാരായ ജനൻഗൾക്കു സാമ്പത്തികമായ ആശ്വാസം ലഭിക്കുന്ന എന്തെങ്കിലും ഒരു നടപടികൾ എല്ലാവരും പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു അതുപോലെ തന്നെ സാമ്പത്തികമായി തകർന്ന വ്യാപാരികൾക്കും ഇടത്തരം വ്യവസായികൾക്കും ന്യായമായ പലിശയ്ക്ക് ലോണ് നല്കേണ്ടതുംഇവരുടെ ITR പരിശോധിച്ചുഇവരെആദായ നികുതിദായകരക്കിമാറ്റുന്ന കാര്യവും പരിഗണിക്കേണ്ടതാണു

Governance framework के लिए को non personal data है उसके लिए नियम बनना चाहिए कि वह पब्लिक डोमेन में रहे ताकि भ्रष्टाचार कम हो सरकारी अधिकारियों पर पारदर्शी कार्य करने का दबाव बने हमे कोशिश करनी चाहिए कि समस्त documents पारदर्शी हो

since two years ,present ysrcp came in to power , formed government , attacks on HINDUISM , grabbing Hindu lands , Hindu gold in temples , attacking on five crores people's sentiments , beliefs were killing in andhra Pradesh by jagan intentionally , pre planned mannerly , hurting HINDUISM . so kindly stop these baptizing in 5 crores Telugu also telangana people's .
