A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

Respected sir, GST is a nationwide Tax system . the assessment procedure is entirely different for different sates and also different if the assessee belongs to central or state jurisdiction.In some state jurisdiction doing of buisiness s most hazardous. so I humbly request that a uniform assessment in GST (a coommon back end ) to be introduced for the smooth running of the business.

The policy -government has no business . Such low hanging fruits of discontinuing awards to/in Films, Sports, Politics and other fields . Honour the real heroes of Nation that are mostly unsung in India. It was a good begnning with padma awards. For Political awards - the reason should be cited . How was it the best in isolation as well as comparison. Nehru/Rajeev /Mukherjee Bharat ratna for what ? Indira emergency cancelled 1971 win and that was also wasted. Result J&K, Punjab, Corruption!

Also, I believe all Data sharing activities whether PII or not should request the user for an opt-in prompt when using the service or software, which asks permission for the company to allow them to capture, analyze, and share/sell your data.

I believe the government should encourage the user of Encrypted Identifiers in coordination with or in lieu of PII. For example, I have a problem with targeted advertising based on PII like location, address, name etc.., However, I have no problem with targeted advertising based on my browser's session ID and patterns of browsing. As long as the session ID cannot be linked to any PII I am okay. I also believe in the right to be forgotten so I would like to be able to clear the session if I want.

The Govt must make it ensure that Data is personal or Non personal , but it should not be mis used at any stage. So the data should be well secured and safe at every level. In public domain , it should be only useful information , derived from raw data. There is no need to make the individual data publicize , if it is not Necessary. Now a days a lot of fraudlent are happening.

News and scientific discoveries can be exception but that does not mean they can do anything strict vigilance on them required its data uploaders responsibility if anything goes wrong he or she must be given enough time to remove data from social groups or from internet and fare chances must be provided for explanation first time offenders can be forgive second time can be allowed to leave with fine but third time onward he or she must be considered regular offenders and punished severely

make it compulsory for everyone to digitized all non personal data with due credits and its his or her responsibility to make it sure that it will not possibly interfere with national interest he or she has to take pledge for that while uploading any data on social sites or on internet

one commission or committee of subject experts must be appointed by government to examine topics or subjects which can be classified as personal or non personal data and safer way to use it that must be strictly guided by laws of land and anyone deviate from these laws must be severely punished
