A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

Government was doing very good because government takes some competitions by the app my government app and this is very helpful for all the children's because it give us knowledge and it increase our thinking power... Thank you so much government for creating this app because with this app we get too much knowledge thank you.

"Non personal Data" मान्यनीय महोदय जी सभी डेटा का रिकॉर्ड शासन को रखना चाहिए जोकि सीधे या अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से देश विरोधी गतिविधियों में बाहरी फंडिंग को रोक जा सके एवं समय रहते इस पर उचित कार्यवाही के साथ ही इन गतिविधियों में शामिल व्यक्तियों को भी सजा मिल सके।

"Non personal Data" मान्यनीय महोदय वर्तमान ड्राफ्ट बहुत ही बढ़िया बना हुआ है। इसमें सभी महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं को समाहित किया गया है। जिस तरह से इस ड्राफ्ट का निर्माण किया गया है वह बहुत ही काबिले तारीफ है।

1 Data missing is how has ever increasing reservation policy impacted/solved the stated problem & new problems created by the solution ! e.g Free food reducing hunger causing obesity in africa/america continent ) Can begin with districts represented by SC/ST and other reservation fm 1947! even Niti aayog shied away from it !100+ aspirational districts with 100X freebies 4 generations & still laggards! What can’t be measured isn’t worth managing ? 1ly follow What gets measured gets managed?

Can this site teach the world -what is not taught at harvard ! comparative poverty & most powerful country is easy to cite with stats GDP, Per capita PPP, can indian rishis tell how does it matter ? what is different ? can we get 4 poor indians what they can & can't afford in comparison/isolation ! Indian vedas cited 100 years as normal life ? what was lost ? can they be restored & by when ? can data policy reveal Y people want UK/US europe life & what India lacks ? look within !

Sir, Leadership development hona chahiye. Rule strictly follow hona chahiye. Revenue system development and fully online hona chahiye. Cashless is good way to stop corruption so should be implement with strong planning. Teacher & doctor selection mai reservation nhi hona chahiye qki ye youth ka future hai. Same department ke Government employees ki salary mai Only basic pay different hona chahiye na ki allowances mai chahe wah kisi grade par ho.
