A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

India's burning problem is population ? why should not the establishment folks >3 Child and married after 1970s should not be named and shamed ! Even today there are lacs of people called #hum5hamare50 getting freebies PDS for life + contributing to small & big crimes in crores ! why should the doles provided by the government from Honest tax payers money not have a beneficiary name ! Ditto for farmers net earning say> Rs 3 lacs/acre ! These should be mandatory disclosures and not personal

A confirmation of current situation in India & the best currently available.G7, Israel or a green field ? what is the country aiming for ! Please don't repeat the fiasco & loss of two centuries that put India in poverty ! complete establishment failure y India could not think forget getting of metro/expressways/24*7 utility, health , housing ,connectivity 4 all till 2014 ! Can we get a good explanation what an Indian with PPP $7K per capita gets & can't afford with US per capita $65K

सरकार को साइबर अपराध को रोकने के लिए इस तरह से ब्यवश्ठा देनी चाहिए कि सिम में ही सारे सिस्टम हो कोई ब्यक्ति यदि कुछ कुछ गलत करते सारी डिटेल उसकी ओपन होकर दिखने लगे सभी कोई देखना चाहे या न चाहे वो स्वतः दिखे

साइबर क्राइम पुलिस के अंतर्गत काम करने वाला डिपार्टमेंट है, सब से ज़्यादा क्राइम मोबाइल से होते है इसलिए सरकार को चाहिए कि मोबाइल सिम कार्ड देते समय सिर्फ आधार कार्ड की कॉपी लेकर सिम या मोबाईल नंबर ना दिया जाए बल्कि आधार के साथ फिंगर प्रिंट के मॅच होने की पुष्टि के बाद ही नंबर एक्टिवेट किया जाए और संपूर्ण देश में एक सिमित समय सीमा तय कर मोबाइल नंबर के लिए इस प्रकार की KYC अनिवार्य करने के लिए कानून बनाए। साइबर क्राइम और ठगी के मामले अपने आप कम हो सकते हैं। पहले कौन सा नंबर दिया है पता चल जाएगा।

व्यक्तिगत डेटा को पूर्णतया गोपनीय रखा जाए इसका इस्तेमाल सरकार भी बिना परमिशन न करें (सिवाय देश हित को छोड़कर ) ऐसा कानूनन प्रावधान बना कर किया जाए।
