A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

Respected Modiji,I bring to your kind attention that the Central Government Department and State Government Department do not have Actual Total Numbers of Buildings in Ward level of Grama Panchayth which is the lowest area of Local Administration.There are illegally constructed buildings which are unregistered and unlicenced.Unregistered buildings are likely to use for illegal activities.I request to conduct a very urgent actual physical verification & data preparation of buildings in India

साइबर क्राइम पुलिस के अंतर्गत काम करने वाला डिपार्टमेंट है, सब से ज़्यादा क्राइम मोबाइल से शायद होते हो इसलिए सरकार को चाहिए कि मोबाइल लेने वालो को सिम कार्ड देते समय सिर्फ आधार कार्ड की कॉपी लेकर सिम या मोबाईल नंबर ना दिया जाए बल्कि आधार के साथ फिंगर प्रिंट के मॅच होने की पुष्टि के बाद ही नंबर एक्टिवेट किया जाए और संपूर्ण देश में एक सिमित समय सीमा तय कर मोबाइल नंबर के लिए इस प्रकार की KYC अनिवार्य करने के लिए कानून बनाने का प्रावधान किया जाए। साइबर क्राइम और ठगी के मामले अपने आप कम हो सकते हैं।

In order to trace people coming from abroad, all passport must be linked with pancard and bank account to trace their recent contact information and.by this way tracing people will be very fast and authentic . This system of linking aadhar and pancard is far better than police verification of addresses in passports
