A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

All organisations/individuals collecting data should inform the government(on a portal similar to ITR) detailing what data they collect, purpose, how is it stored & how long they keep it, who has access to the data, and that consent has been taken from persons whose data is collected. Also, approval must be taken from govt before any data is shared with foreign entity. If after collecting,data is used for diff purpose or shared with entities not mentioned earlier-consent should be taken again.

Personal data ya koi personal information hame kabhi share nahi karni chahiye kyunki isme apna hi nuksan hai or government ko bhi is tarah ke crime par rok lgane ke liye Kade kadam uthane chahiye

Ministry of electronics or information technoly ko iske khilaf Kade kadam uthane chahiye taki log China mukat apna personal data rakh sakhe .

Cyber crime se bachne ke liye Hume agar apko lage ke hmare sath khuch bhi cyber crime ho Raha hai to turant police complaint kar sakte hai.

Hmari government ki bhi cyber crime se bachne ke liye Kade kadam uthane chahiye or Jo Cyber crime karta hai uske khilaf kadi karyvai honi chahiye.

Ajkl cyber crime itne jyada bad Gaye hai jaise kisi ke account se paise nikal lena kisi ki id hack kar Lena Jo bahut bada gunah hai.
