A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली महोदय, चाइना ने जो विकास किया वह विकास उसने अपनी जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून लागू करके किया हमारे देश की जनता जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून की मांग करती है हमारे यहां शिक्षित अशिक्षित बेरोजगारी बढ़ती जा रही है बेरोजगारी की वजह से अपराध भी बढ़ते जा रहे हैं प्राकृतिक संसाधन कम हो रहे हैं भू जलस्तर घट रहा है प्रदूषण बढ़ रहा है जंगल एवं कृषि योग्य भूमि घट रही है महंगाई बढ़ रही है अगला विश्व युद्ध पानी के लिए भोजन के लिए प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के लिए होगा

According to the draft we must not share any such personal data or any thing of privacy to others. We must care the privacy our own. Government never asks anyone to submit their personal data. So always be careful.

हर गाडी के पिछे अच्छे thought वाली लाईन लिखो इससे सही सोच का प्रसार समाज हो जाऐंगा लौगोके सोच का विकास हौंगा और सही मायने मै देश का विकास हौंगा

No Employer should ask P A N card or AAdhar card from employee. instead, the employer can give Chegues Or cash to the employee, or put directly to their existing accounts so that creation of new bank happy and safe about their money, and also no other third patty should ask the below information from the public lf they do so strict punishment should be done Regards

Non personal data and its security by govt is important and data should be defined in details.Each and every individual should be assured about privacy and cyber crimes should be prevented.
