A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

No Employer should ask P A N Card or AAdhar card from employee, instead , the employer can give Cheques or cash to the employee , or put directly to their existing accounts , so that , creation of new bank accounts can be removed and employees will feel happy and safe about their money , and also, no other third party should ask the below information from the public. In the area of non personal data from revenue department history, based on 2009 records. This country experienced a huge loss due to disposing government lands at a kind and gifted low price or unauthorized occupancy. If do estimate thinking that these lands are still with government . No need for a budget in the next financial year. Everyone on tax payroll need not file IT and can be left free for one year. If we have a data base of government lands the picture will be more clearand transpar
