A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

continued.... soil properties, water table below ground , facilities for industry and public need. site geographical data for rainfall , temperature history , seismic zone factors . ets. Most of the data must be made available for functional applications with authentication through proper acceptable channel.

projects and resource management integrity with non personal data. The study and data analysis for the areas listed below if mapped zone wise balanced approach method can be adopted for functional and asset mobilization. It will meet our ability to plan production oriented industries, transporting network ,infrastructure facilities and environment friendly atmosphere for safe and healthy living. The data can be mapped for population density, water bodies, lands unused for cultivation.minarals .

All non personal data should be made available online in different categories.It can be helpful even to students for research analysis,for government to make proper policies etc. Transparency will be there.

There are several coffee shops and restaurants , who in guise of feedback card and before giving bill ask for mobile no , mail id , birth date ,anniversary date , address , spouse name , of customers which need to be restricted ,as if there data is hacked or pilfered thru staff ,consumer may have to suffer ,as seen from cyber crimes , also big entity like nbfc bank , psu , ask for various income , project , account related data ,which majorly if loan not sanctioned can be misused by anyone

Non personal data may be ,like general statistics ,to be utilised to know the pulse of india ,and business opportunities ,viz no of educated graduates in india , no of death annually ,no of birth annually ,no of backward caste population ,no of employed in skill and non skill category ,consumer population of restaurant visitor , bar ,imported vehicles ,imported clothing , earnings of population settled in different zones , rates of accomodation in different zones , consumption qty of diff items

There’s a thin line between personal and non personal data. Like I say my mobile phone is personal whereas govt can say that it must reflect on the asset side of my income tax file. First specify very explicitly what are categorized as personal data and what as non-personal data then only we can give suggestions

छतरपुर मध्यप्रदेश सम्भागीय कर्यालय भारतीय डाक विभाग और पन्ना जिला डाकघर कर्यालय उप डाकघर गुनौर में बेठे डाक पाल द्वारा गरीब बीमार अचल लकवा पीड़ित को गुमराह छल किया पिताजी की मृत्यु के बाद ग्रेच्युटी एवं अनुकम्पा कि मांग करने पर मृत्यु के एक साल बाद बता रहे आपको नौकरी से निकाल दिया था और गे्चुयटी का भी नहीं अधिकार मेरी पिताजी ने जो 35 साल दिए जन्ता की सेवा में बो सब बेकार हो गया अंतिम समय हमारे पास पिताजी के संस्कार तक को मोहताज हो गए थे भगवान न करे ऐसे दिन किसी को देखना पडे

Generally all data taken of us by authority or marketing or service oriented cos are always mixed ,including personal and non personal data ,though some data are not required ,for said purpose , govt need to frame rules for such agencies first ,which agency is entitle to how much data of a person ,for said purpose ,as data leak starts from source , post that what framework does such agency have to protect it , and to what extent and for what purpose they can use it ,
