A Committee of Experts under the Chairmanship of Shri. Kris Gopalakrishnan has been constituted vide OM No. 24(4)2019- CLES on 13.09.2019 to deliberate on Non-Personal Data Governance Framework. The committee drafted its report which was published for Public feedback/suggestions were been sought by 13th September 2020. Based on the public feedback/suggestions, the Expert Committee has revised its earlier report and a revised draft report has been prepared for the second round of public feedback/suggestions. The feedback will help the committee finalize the report.

1.- दिल्ली की सरहदों पर बैठे किसानों से कहा जाए कि वे अपने किसान कार्ड पर बिलों की अस्वीकार्यता इंगित करें फिर जिन्होंने अस्वीकार्यता नोट करी/ करवाई, उनके लिये बिल के सभी अंग अकार्यवाही हो सकते हैं और शेष जिन्हें बिल स्वीकार्य है, उनके लिये प्रभावी रहेगा।

क्योंकि इसमें ऐसा कुछ भी नहीं है जिसके जरिये सरकार किसानों से किसी भी प्रकार का कर लें रही है अतः सरकार को भी कोई दिक्कत नहीं होगी। जब किसान कार्ड पर इंगित हो जायेगा कि किसे बिल नहीं चाहिये तब न चाहने वालों को बिल की सुविधाओं से अलग रखा जा सकता है। किसानों को प्रथम वर्ष में तीन बार या प्रथम दो वर्षों में तीन बार या प्रथम दो वर्षों में पांच बार अपनी राय बदलने का अवसर भी दिया जा सकता है।

दिल्ली की सरहदों पर बैठे किसानों से कहा जाए कि वे अपने किसान कार्ड पर बिलों की अस्वीकार्यता इंगित करें फिर जिन्होंने अस्वीकार्यता नोट करी/ करवाई, उनके लिये बिल के सभी अंग अकार्यवाही हो सकते हैं और शेष जिन्हें बिल स्वीकार्य है, उनके लिये प्रभावी रहेगा। यदि ऐसा हो सके तो आन्दोलन कर्त्ताओं की मांग भी पूरी हो जाएगी और उनको सबक भी मिलेगा। यदि आवश्यकता हो तो इसके लिये किसान कार्ड पोर्टल में आवश्यकतानुसार संशोधन भी किया जा सकता है।

I suggest ,we are deta shere only our group in social media, so eny others view me, this is non - pesonal deta. what is personal deta? which any person shearing only hes and shes grop,those is personal deta. don't forget last 6 months our India's economy too low. So you never love your India. So why complain here. Now our economy strouctur ok. why ? we are sharing in local is Global. So please never complain here.

Namaste , Just now I read draft copy of "Non-Personal Data Governance Framework" . I think it's good . But the GOI should check it more than 2 times before finalizing . I didn't found any error . I feel it safe . But we should not get carelessed . So thats why , please check it correctly before finalising . Thank You .

Cont'd.... the budget based programmes can be implimented with the data while supporting demand and supply requirements to match. Deligatipn of powers and areas of responsibility can be measured and become transparent through governance. The objectives like success factor, efficiency , improvements can change our economy if our projects are focussed from these database.
