It would be great if every home, office, job, work-business gives 3 days leave to the women during menstruation. (This matter must be discussed.)

Respected PM ji
I would like to request all the families to educate their males specially because they are sensitive but never taught in the families to do so . When ever we talk about empowering the women we should give emphasis on the equality of work, respect and opportunity to grow gracefully. Girls and boys should be given equal opportunities of education health and growth.on the same hand their must be a vigilant eye should be kept by the association of families, friends and society to make this possible. Some other steps like ensuring the birth rate of girl child should be keep on mind by strong actions. Government should start counselling on the families levels too.
