Respected PM Sir, Namaste🙏. 🙏

First I would start my words with a hearty namaskar and Jay jagannath 🙏 . It's really very much pleasing that our government is taking steps to improve the status of women and maintain the equality between men women . But here some extra points should be added , like :- The women should be respected and given a enjoyable platform by their own families, society and all for such a intellectual of their minds. The women also must be working in good faith. They should not be violated by any individual or superstition people for becoming so strong as a man . The women should be selected by doing a exam or viva for a simple knowledge test . It should be maintained that there would be no caste basis like St SC OBC general for selection or empowering of women. Their work should be appreciated by each and every men, women, children, old persons of India even though the startup would be a smaller one but should be of a legal . Anti women communities should also be banned first .

Empowering women entrepreneurs is a crucial step towards creating a more equal and prosperous society. Women entrepreneurs face numerous challenges in starting and growing their businesses, including access to funding, mentorship, and networks.Provide access to capital: Women entrepreneurs often face difficulty in accessing funding, particularly venture capital. Providing women entrepreneurs with access to capital through loans, grants, and other forms of financing can help them start and grow their businesses.Address gender bias: Women entrepreneurs often face gender bias, including negative stereotypes and assumptions about their capabilities. Addressing these biases and creating a more inclusive environment can help women entrepreneurs thrive.Foster a supportive ecosystem: A supportive ecosystem can help women entrepreneurs succeed by providing access to resources, networks, and expertise.

I am from Rajasthan. My state is struggling for some pin-point issues from long long time. Society development is the only way to empowering women entrepreneurs. Film Industry can bring great impact on society. As Founding Principal - RAJJYWOOD [Rajasthan Film Industry], I have been working with various ground level issues faced by state's talents. Still long way to go.
