Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

This is going to be the window to large number of creative , innovated and skilled women to come forward as a entrepreneurs . As a new enterprises these are people who need support from leading business organization of India Lulu group , reliance , Tata , birla , Malls ,super and hyper market to encourage them by supplying there new products which may not be branded company list as it is part of women empowerment. these village good and service not branded can get the value if they are able to sell in every major outlets as a part of women empowerment . When these companies that is spread across the world buys their product like Lulu group, the village goods and service can reach every corner of the society as there outlets are in many cities . This kind of support give encouragement to many women's to come forward and to work out plan in making a product that can ge changed from time to time depending on places, people , events and business assignment

Women empowerment is all about making women both socially and financially independent. It is a process in which women make their own independent decisions. when women are entitled to decide it gives them a sense of empowerment and more worth. Providing proper education to a girl child is the main agenda of women empowerment. Empowered women can contribute to nation building by joining various sectors like an army, social service, politics, education, corporate sector, etc. Women empowerment helps in improving the standard of life of women in rural as well as metro areas. Women empowerment helps in achieving comprehensive growth in each sector for all the sections of society. Women empowerment helps in securing the rights of women in India thereby maintaining their social status in society.

मा प्रधानमंत्री जी महिलाओ पर होते यौन उतपीडन को रोखने के लिए फिल्मोमे , सोशल मीडिया पर, सार्वजनिक किसी भी मंच पर जो कला या मनोरंजन के नाम पर अश्लिलता फैलाई जा रही है या दिखाई जा रही है उसे रोखा जाए. फिल्मो मे या अन्य जगह स्त्रीयो को कम कपडे मे दिखाया जा रहा है और सिर्फ शारीरिक उपभोग की वस्तु बनाकर मनोरंजन के नाम पर दिखाया जा रहा है जिससे फिल्मो मे देखे दृशो से लोग स्त्रीयो पर उसि प्रकार दृष्टी से देख उन्हे अपमानित करते है इज लिए सार्वजनिक मंच पर स्त्रीयो को कला और मनोरंजन के नाम पर जो प्रदशन किया जा रहा है ईसे रोखा जाए और महिलाओ के समान मे कुछ नीती लाए जो सार्वजनिक मंच के लिए आवश्यक हो ताकी लोग सभी महिलाओ को समान की दृष्टी से देखे देश को कायदो से जादा संस्कारो की निर्मिती के लिए भी कदम उठाणे होंगे और मनोरंजन के नाम पर जो सार्वजनिक मंच से अश्लील दृश परोसे जा रहे है उन्हे रोखणा होंगा एक आम इनसान भी इन दृशो से दूषित होता है और आपणे विचारो को दूषित कर स्त्री का अपमान कर बैठता है इज लिए कुछ संस्कारो को बढावा मिले ताकी अपराध कम हो सके एसे कायदो नियमो की निर्मिती की जाये
