Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Part...3 Root cause of problem is poor city planning. Due to poor planning huge fuel import, Inflation, electricity shortage, water shortage, Road accident, Road blocked, several mental and physical sickness, pollution, poverty, unemployment. Clean india also address through better city planning. Social startup should promoted bases on knowledge. Better Content, poster, song, film can solve several problem of country. Education only focus on Marks and Money. Mental, physical, spiritual & character development course should start. Over population is another problem. India have 2.4 % land for 18 % population. I launched single girl child family campaign. More than 26 problems will address from one song. Details written on blog. Part...2 More than 1 lacs ideas areavailable in Idea Box of Mygov. But no one want to discuss it. Mygov not planned better way. Every problem has solution. Change makers available at mygov. Best change maker should select and use for any new solution. Indian have better ideas and solution but government not interested to discuss it. Everything manage by IAS officers. They are only for administration. They are not educated for new ideas. Only solution is use change maker available at mygov. Do not impose rules or term and condition. Respect new ideas. Government should deal withchange maker just like government deal withsports person or defence chief. Government Officer's ego is big problem. Invite best change maker in Delhi and interact with them. Few change maker at mygov are very much talented. Mygov should manage by Niti Aaayog. Indian adopted western thinking, solution or ideas based on technology. These ideas not suitable in Indian climate.

Innovation for large social impact & achieving national targets and SDGs can achieve only through use of Indian Intelligence It do not require innovation in technology It require better planning using Indian intelligence. Women can give preference but also give equal opportunity for male and 3rd gender I plan solution for mostly SDGs but sorry to say there is not any platform available to discuss with government. My one idea for water solution selected in first phase of life mission. I submitted my last phase proposal Mr. Nitin Gadkari, Minister also said that poor planning is problem in india. Good morning sir,There should be a controlling system for social media ...It is already there but it should be improved..because many people use the bad words in interviews and other shows..Even in comment section people use bad words..At least beep sound could be put in such shows..Artificial intelligence may be used in this

Dear sir. We may empower women entrepreneurs by adding one business chapter in their studies of commerce. Their intrest will be boost while studying the account . With strong will power and business background are very much close to choose business. Woman's are less aware about Govt.schemes to Duing business. We must try with our near by society woman to come forward to do business.

Good evening sir, Why shouldn't we create a common app or portal for uploading 15 g or 15h for senior citizens and bank should fetch from it.because they face hardships to submit 15 g or h to the bank/s.They will be keeping deposit in different banks and any new idea in this will be helpful to them.The new app AIS can also be used for this purpose.
