Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

The only way to scale up women entrepreneurs is to give loans at low-interest rates for entrepreneurship in the courtyard of every house or to give concessions in income tax to women entrepreneurs, from the first class itself a subject called entrepreneurship should be taught in practical form. Due to this the urge to become an entrepreneur arises in children especially girls from childhood.

I am of the view that in order to achieve the objectives of Manthan, women entrepreneurs should be given interest free bank loans/Government subsidy , skill development training , entrepreneurship skill training and Government support . The focus should be more on education , industry support ,skill support and mentor ship towards women role in entrepreuneurship

Women are respectful Human beings in the world . Attitude towards respecting them to be educated from school. They are the real head of every family. Let's start to appreciate their dedicated social works including families. They will be properly looked after by the Government through Welfare Schemes, Financial & Safety Assistance in the Society. Not safe, Harmony of family, Society, Nation will be disintegrated. National Women Political Leader's Biographies, Autographed, Stories during post Independence periods, present, past Women Celebrities to be incorporated in, the School syllabus Books. Army, Navy, Airforce women Brave activities to be brought to their attention through SOCIAL MEDIA & Government Advertising in the Newspapers, Magazines of Universities, Colleges, Schools. Respect to Women as if Respect to Our Nation. Tagline will be printed in the Government all tax bills. Hello Modi sir! I'm a victim from Andhrapradesh.....i want you to know about my pain that everyone like me in our Ap are struggling with.. Recently Central govt has released some postal job opportunities based on 10th merit...many students worked hard till 10th standard and achieved merit after 10th standard some left education due to their personal reasons like financial problems or family responsibilities....but they did their best in 10th...but they didn't get postal jobs as our Chief minister passed the batch 2020 with 100% marks without conducting exam... also the central government is so irresponsibly given posts only for them irrespective of age and everything...many people who wrote 10th exams sincerely lost their jobs also a big loss to the ones who has no age relaxation.... please please make a note of it Modi jee

Women can contribute more than men if opportunities are given properly. The gender itself is more responsible. There’s a saying a man cannot do multi tasking but a woman by very nature are multi tasking. Right from childhood they are more obedient and they are the real home maker too. I really fail to understand how a housewife is deprived of ownership in property if the earning husband buys a property in his name. Wives must be an automatic owner as she makes a home when husband goes for earning. This way the contribution in a family becomes equal.
