Manthan is a digital platform developed by the Office of Principal Scientific Adviser to the Government of India to promote collaboration at scale between industry and the scientific research and innovation ecosystem to help meet India’s national targets and United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This platform aims to empower various stakeholders to scale up the interactions with researchers/innovators and facilitate R&D/innovation, share challenges focused on emerging technologies, other scientific interventions, as well as those with a social impact.

Office of Principal Scientific Adviser is pleased to launch a competition to pick the minds of all Indians on “Role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and startups to scale up innovation for a larger social impact”.
The objective of this competition is to capture intriguing insights about how Manthan is making a difference in Scientific research and innovation ecosystem.

This competition is open to all Indian nationals registered with MyGov, age no bar.
Word Limit for the Idea:
• The idea should be within the 500* word limit.
• The idea should not exceed the word limit. This would lead to disqualification.

Last date for submission of the entries will be 30th April 2023.

Manthan is an excellent initiative to provide a solid platform for women entrepreneurs. In the age of science and technology, the role of women in scientific contributions is limited due to socio-economic problems. In that regard, women-mediated scientific contributions might be enhanced through Manthan. They would freely share their innovative ideas and skills using Manthan to empower themselves and increase their contribution to nation-building.

वर्तमान समय में महिलायें सभी प्रकार से सभी क्षेत्रों में आगे है। चाहे तकनीकी रूप से या अन्य क्षेत्रों में आगे है। लेकिन परिचर्चा के माध्यम से महिलाओं को सक्षम बनाया जा सकता है। चाहे किसी भी प्रकार का क्षेत्र हो।

Honourable PM, I am putting some points regarding the subject matter..... 1) women entrepreneurs are very much capable to handle the MSME sector business bcoz she knows very well to manage all the financial things , and also they gives bank EMI on proper time. 2) most of the womens are not chewing Pan masala,gutkha or smoking cigarette ,bidi.. ,they used to eat self made food not only for them but for all the family members., so they knew how to save money as well as time. 3) collection of Banana fibre through govt. centers should be Introduced in assam and other states of north east bcoz silk (cocoon) production is going downwards yr. o yr. due to climate change and banana fibre is a good alternative of that. 4) AIDC ( assam industrial development corporation) is giving subsidy to the entrepreneurs, if the state govt. will promote it with full dedication so that women entrepreneurs will get it easily and this will helped them alot. Thanks..!

1st _ in 500 words .. _ before I said in village woman in village also help in farming so help them 2 startup in mini/micro/small any kind of work _ especially depend on climate, area of specialization _ if hot climate dry veg r good option then _ dry veg & makecosmatic from it even plant such as facepack u know tamoto r high rich... it can be use both it's dry contain both use in veg& pack also & having healthy option instead of packed food make_ reuse waste plant based .. 2nd in 500 words in remote ares ( aadiwasi) or village ares there r scope large 2 do do Manchanda on it ... how scope of _ art goods + health product made by plant based train them how 2 utilize & start as startup _ tradition cloth culture make use of it in outfit attir _ verity we will seen in India actually that verity r opportunity in business rich food culture ets if these verity / diversity will be weaven in cross state Will helpful in many criteria of job..

Honorable PM Dear Modi, Women Groups shall be promoted to start Food Processing industries giving Tough capitation to global food courts , Burgers , pizas , fried meat, costly coffee etc etc ... Women groups can connect across Country for Branding and processing Foods . Coffee shops having costliest coffee in menu ..

Hon,ble PM sir , About role of Manthan in empowering women entrepreneurs and to startups for innovations and in scientific research is not a easy tasks. First a women want to become an entrepreneur for startup a company, she had a knowledge of related laws and procedures for establishing, such as company law,arbitration act,negotiable, civil and criminal procedures to run a startup companies by a women entrepreneurs. So at least to become a director of a company ,this knowledge of law are very essential to successful business. In my opinion awareness programs may be conducted to a startup companies by women entrepreneurs.
