The Ministry is seeking suggestions/ ideas/ inputs on the modalities of  celebrating the village formation day, either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day.

Individual queries series of questions seeking inputs on the following aspects of the village formation day would be posed to the citizens:

i.    How the village formation day may be identified by each village i.e. either on a particular date, or a day of choice based on some historical reasons or on April 24, the Panchayati Raj Day?

ii.    What all activities could be undertaken for celebrating the village formation day?

iii.    In what ways could the villagers be involved with the celebration of the village formation day?

iv.    What could be the funding source(s) for the celebrating the village formation day?

v.    What resolve by villagers/Gram Panchayat,  Goal setting for next year/five years towards improving quality of life parameters (like safe drinking water, open defecation free village, solid and liquid waste management, reduction in infant mortality rate and maternal mortality rate, etc.)
could be incorporated in the village formation day?

vi.    What could be the basis of the preparation of the roll of honour of individuals?

vii.    What kind of awards honouring the people who have done exceptional work could be instituted during the village formation day?

Dear Sir... ग्राम पंचायत के द्वारा किये गए कार्यो में भ्रष्टाचार बहुत ज्यादा है जिसको रोकने में स्थानीय प्रशासन और केंद्र सरकार का कोई भी सकारात्मक रुख नहीं है . ग्राम पंचायत का ज्यादा अधिकार देने से ही समस्या का समाधान नहीं हो जाता इसके लिए एक मोनिटरिंग बॉडी भी होनी चाहिए जो की इनके कार्यो पर नजर रख सखे . निम्न सुझाव एस उम्मीद के साथ लिख रहा हूँ कि इसमे विचार होगा :- १. ग्राम पंचायत में कोई भी निर्माण कार्य करने से पहले उसमे टेंडर प्रक्रिया अपनाई जानी चाहिए .

प्रणाम सर,मेरा राय यह है कि ग्राम पंचायत मे जो अधिकार मुखिया को प्राप्त है वो अधिकार वार्ड सदस्य को होना चाहिए क्योकि एक पंचायत बहुत बड़ा होता है ऑर पंचायत का मालिक मुखिया होता है ,जिस क्षेत्र का मुखिया होता है उस क्षेत्र मे विकास तो होता है परंतू बाकी क्षेत्र विकास के लाभ से वंचित रह जाता है। इसलिए मेरा मानना है कि वार्ड सदस्य अधिकार देना चाहिए कि वह अपने अपने वार्ड का समूचित विकास कर सके।

Celebrating village formation day or foundation day or raising day has been a tradition in northeast. Its a very good idea to promote as it will imbibe sence of belongingness among the villagwrs. Celebrating will be primarily based on the ethinicity of the majority of population or people mostly have their own customs and traditions

As per our NBDP INDIA plan our associated organization, Society for United Nexus will be started athe model block plan of NBDP INDIA at Gopa Block of Puri district of Odisha to fulfill filling the village foundation and formation day . As the project plan of the NBDP INDIA and govt. of India to fulfill the basic requirement of the project towards village development through village people participation of the block .As a head of the organization , physically handicapped.N.K.PANDU-NBDP INDIA

sir ganvo me jo gov. school band padi h ya jinme nill k brabar student h jinme gov. ne itna invest kar rakha h unme rojgar trening center open kar dene chahiye inme ase logo ko samil kiya jaye jo chahkar bhi koi tecnical diploma nahi kar pate h.or jiske karan privete sector m bhi job ni kar pate h.or iske sath hi unki classes bhi lagni chahiye unhi gov. teachers se.trening k baad unka placemant bhi karwaya jaye ya gov. unko temrely agrrement base pr kudh bhi unse kam karva sakti h jisse gov. ko kisi company ko tendar ni dene padenge. jisse compani's jo mota munafa kamati h or kam peso m logo ka soshan karti h us par rok lagegi.ase hi kuch or plan hone chahiye jisse ek niche se nicha adami bhi upar uth sake or pese kamana sirf pese walo ka khel n rahe. sab mehnat karke upar uth sake

First of all govt. should start training through experienced volunteers who are interested to do social work a list be prepared district wise- tehsil wise these volunteers will help in making plane at spot by identifying the need and requirements.One day in a month in each panchayat can be fixed to help educate about rules and regulations also take feedback of the govt.rules which are out dated and formed to rule in past days which are not suitable now adays and hinders the growth .

To, all and one Sub Participatory democracy In 21st century with the advance of technology and knowledge hopes and aspiration of people has also advanced which cannot be managed by present form of govt. The lacuna, defects of representative democracy are no excuse and participatory democracy is solution. For this all may be given wide opportunity to submit their ideas for specific judging and discussion finally to arrive at decision. I may be allowed to give details may cover 2000 characters.

प्रधानमंत्री जी प्रत्येक पंचायत में सभी तरह के इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर की सुविधा होनी चाहिये बिजली पानी रोड सहित इन्टरनेट सुविधा सहित हर पंचायत की भोगोलिक शेत्र को ध्यान में रखते हुए योजना बननी चाहिये
