Based on the annual income of a citizen of that particular area, housings should be constructed. Say a person with an annual income of 5 lakhs residing at Guwahati is not able to afford a flat of 30 lakhs even with a home loan. National statistics regarding income of citizens of the town or cities should be made readily available for execution of such projects.

4-It should be clear instructions to the habitats that he can have only two addresses any where in India, for that at the time of allotment they should link to Adhar No. If required Government may acquire the land of farmers at the cost of final buyer deducting development charge plus survival profit. 5- For mobilization of finances government can open advance booking in installments of houses or plots at assurance of maximum five years possession.

Currently there is trend of "Redevelopement" in cities like Pune. The societies are just 30 yeas old, sturdy enough but greedy builders ( builders = greedy , money hungry bastards ) are pursuing inhabitants for more flat area ( just one room more ) and selfish middle-class people who do not look beyond their own immediate interest agree with these builders. This trend is ruining cities; Pune a very nice city once upon a time has been murdered by builders, corporators and city corporation.

House is the amenity where people feel free, comfortable and secure, which also needs some basic utilities like service, society, hospitals, schools, market etc. Now the time has come to feel and act that India is Transforming. If Government is serious about National Housing and Habitat policy 2015. It will be better to think of National semi-urban housing and habitat policy 2015 for next 10 years,Which will provide automatic solutions of many problems uprising due to uncontroled urbanization.

What will you do if there wouldnt be any land left in India in future and young gen would get double we should have 2 child policy to have pop control and make an institution the people who dont want girl child can deposit their child to govt but dont kill the girl. this would help to girl death in comb. Our land is less and getting more lesser. If we wnat to be happy coutry 1st priority should be pop.control
