Dear GOVT. It is good if you taking care of people needs. But one thing that you are missing is to control population growth. No country can remain happy if its population growth is not controlled. We have limited land even we make current demands fullfil of current population, how we will fullfil for next gen of double amount with limited land?then forest will be sacrifice and we will live like living in cage for per person danger to climate and nextgen wouldnt be happy.nowforcast itanddo sometg

The temple lands should be checked frequently and they should be rented/leased to different people after some years. This will release huge land/buildings in TamilNadu. What happens now is, if someone occupies the temple property that becomes their own property and it passes to them generation after generation. In places they don't even accept that that is temple property. So making a rotational basis rental process will increase the availability of land..

In cities, the poor and homeless often end up sleeping road side. They are affected by the bad climate. And accidents do occur due to fast moving vehicle at night. So night shelter for them should be built in all the cities as it was done in Delhi Rohini by Ramakrishna Mission,Delhi.(http://www.rkmdelhi.org/tag/night-shelter/ , http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp-national/tp-newdelhi/new-300capacity-night-shelter-to-come-up/article4900339.ece).These kind of night shelters are mandatory in cities

Government should telecast awareness programs about the registration process. Currently it became a common practice that people register their properties stating the wrong low value of property to reduce the stamp charges. The pros and cons of this approach should reach all.To make housing for all an active project, people who registers their property should register it with real value which they paid. Thus the government also can get surplus amount to plan for housing for all in India

The real estate business should be audited and it should be brought under the government scrutiny. Then the rates of land and apartments will be regulated. This will enable more people to buy their own property. And the guidance value of property in government records should be upto date. So that the user who wishes to buy the property could be able to check the actual worthy of the land/apartment/buildings.

ONE HOUSE PER PERSON.. In India rich own 10-15 houses, while middle class man works his whole life just to own house. Introduce a rule wherein a person can OWN only ONE house in his name.

The unoccupied houses should be taxed heavily. In this way the hill station side house owners will try to give it on rental basis. Nowadays rich people often buy the hill station houses for summer season. This reduces the availability to the local people. These kind of the unused occupancy should be avoided. The electric board could help in identifying the unoccupied houses by the electrical usages

Promote Solar energy taking Residential welfare societies in good faith. The energy used for common area lights and residence's hot water requirement, try to make it mandatory for such RWA's where the residential apartment is larger than 50. If required provide some subsidy and participation scheme to implement the scheme successfully.
