RE: Land acquisition for industrial development. Take Tamilnadu for instance. Many agricultural lands have been converted into layouts and sold. How they have allowed agricultural lands in Tanjore/Trichy dists. Non of the political parties objected to that. When Modi is willing to organise fair compensation why MPs are making fuss. Why not the govt. conduct a survey in all the states?

Urban housing policy should be used for national integration make sure after 4 home 5th home should be from minority community. This is effectively followed in Singapore to avoid clustering based on religion.

Delhi Elections revealed people desperate for power, instead of giving foolish subsidy to power,by technology bring down the cost of solar cells to a very low level. So people can spend less amount and install the panels in their roof top to generate electricity at low cost.So electricity department can concentrate on low level rural areas and for industry purposes. Use open competition, tax free for production and sales, more incentives, prizes for R&D in university, colleges, any person biannually

Delhi Elections reveal people desperate for power & water at low cost.Instead of giving subsidy for water,& instead of connecting rivers at large amount, place underground plastic pipes to bring water from river to drought areas.Construct large well like soak pit in underground everywhere near urban area which increase water level to get at 10 feet,so people spend less amount to get the water. This has been done by ancient kings to solve water problems.By BOT can be done 2 entire nation in a year.

All the visitors who wish that this big effort to boost India's development and the public money should be utilized in the best possible way must read & draw attention of govt
