3. What should be the role of ULBS’s?
4. What role can the State Housing Boards/Corporations and other state entities play in this objective?
5. What are the key learnings from Urban Local Bodies in implementation of housing programmes?
6. What role can the private sector play in “Housing for All” by 2022?
7. What is the role of industries?
8. What should be the role of individual?
9. How to mobilize financial resources for this objective?
10. What kind of legal and regulatory frameworks are required to facilitate housing in general and “Housing for All” in particular?
11. How can more urban land be made available for housing?
12. How can linkage between employment/livelihood and housing be made more robust?
13. How to promote new building technologies for faster, robust, sustainable and environment friendly homes especially mass housing?

A PPP model for a 2 BHK apartment for every slum dweller with all the basic facilities can be provided. Also, provide them some self-employment like SHGs or employ them in activities related to the swacch bharat abhiyaan like building and maintaining toilets or make them local tea-vendors or fruit sellers so they can earn some reasonable salary such that they can maintain their new homes.

Dear Sir, The housing for all can be achieved by 2022. But the need is to finish the inequality among people of india. F.eg some person has more than one property and some don't even afford one. Due to absense of regulatory body on unwanted prices of property, which a common man can't afford through out his life. People who have black money or curruption money mostly have number of properties in their names however they need only one for their need. I request you to be fearless & do something.

Prices of apartments and houses are increasing at a much faster rate than the income of people. In the past years, the numbers have started sounding absurd. How? No "employee" can afford such numbers. That would lead to mass misery, heart burn, and corruption. Use govt. land efficiently and release the rest. Restrict builders. Expand the towns & cities and provide land to people at reasonable prices (remember Land Acquisition Act prices?). Let people have their own land, own houses. Be honest.
