3. What should be the role of ULBS’s?
4. What role can the State Housing Boards/Corporations and other state entities play in this objective?
5. What are the key learnings from Urban Local Bodies in implementation of housing programmes?
6. What role can the private sector play in “Housing for All” by 2022?
7. What is the role of industries?
8. What should be the role of individual?
9. How to mobilize financial resources for this objective?
10. What kind of legal and regulatory frameworks are required to facilitate housing in general and “Housing for All” in particular?
11. How can more urban land be made available for housing?
12. How can linkage between employment/livelihood and housing be made more robust?
13. How to promote new building technologies for faster, robust, sustainable and environment friendly homes especially mass housing?

1.There should be awareness in people that our home made handloom products are स्वदेशी and the money will help to our people only 2.Government should open a online store to buy these products from traders as well as to sell these products to customers. 3.Taxes should not be more than 5% on whole. 4.Handloom products should be available online not only for big cities online but for the single smallest village as well. 5.By doing this we can create more than 20lakhs jobs for different posts.

Current policies of Government all absolutely faulty. The biggest cost in housing today is land, prices of which are galloping. Investment in land is single largest mode of parking of black money.Until use of black money to purchase land is not curbed, all policy announcements of housing for all is a wishful thinking & good slogans to fool people. Also decisions to encourage FDI in housing has only led to hoarding of land and pushing up real estate prices.Space provided is too little to elaborate

a fund can be created like pf esi pension where the employer and employee can together contribute for the subsidised houses for which further government can contribute the balancing amount, due to this contribution they will value that house as their personal contribution is also included in that. As a result mission 2022 can be achieved

As per the current ET article on real estate, DLF are claiming that, they are able to sell 50% stake to PE investors in the recent launches of real estate projects. My question is to the government, pls clarify your stand on this issue….by this manner, this government is also working for corporate interest on the cost of normal Indian citizen

There must be concrete policy to curb black money in real estate . The builders are the major source of black money generation in the country. If Union Government & State Governments are serious of promoting urban development in the country they must form policy to control black money in real estate and to protect investor's interest. At present real estate is not being controlled by any legal mechanism in the country.

Plan for roads, increase in FSI can cater housing. Most important call center, IT & industry should be shifted to rural area such a place the land is not in use and peoples are not living now totally new with the help of state Govt. by providing infra structure, water et. This will shift the load on existing city infra structure, no agriculture land used. For industry shifting not required but call center, IT should be shifted. It means totally new area from grass root.

The Union Government, The State Government and All the ULB most stop working on layouts and must develop only apartments of 10 to 12 floors and use minimum FSI of 2.5. This will cool down the housing rates and also will help fulfill the needs of the housing. The private players must allocated lands only with plans of building apartment.

THe government must revisit the land rules in the cantonment area which are very old and anti development . all such land must be allowed for the development and this will help the defence sector as they can raise revenue for conversion and free hold of such land, most of the cantonment land are in non sensitive area and will not hamper the security aspect.
