The government must raise the FSI limit to minimum of 1.5 , and in fresh layout the minimum road width must be 12 mts and Minimum FSI must be 2.5. Additional incentive must be given to people for staying in Flats then bungalows and incentives must be given to people for construction of 3 floor house . Co operative housing society must be given more incentive for building apartments. All government projects must be only apartment and no layout business

Before alloting house in sabko makan scheme. A UID/PAN/Votor ID based data base of owners with the information of dependents of owners ( Attached UIDs) should be created with all existing properties registered including farmland , factory, properties of mandir trusts and other entities. so that Fake applicants can be filtered. Filteration of unauthorised persons living in india should also be removed before house allotment. govt servants may be given house on retirement at home town.

CONTD.. ONE CAN WELL UNDERSTAND THAT THE GOVERNMENT CAN'T AFFORD TO PLAY SOLO IN SUCH A GIANT PROJECT, HOWEVER AMBITIOUS WELL-INTENDED. RATHER, IT SHOULD CALL UPON AND ENCOURAGE ALL WHO CAN AND WHO SHOULD BE SEEN CONTRIBUTING THEIR MITE TOWARDS THIS GOAL. STATE HOUSING BOARDS ARE THE BIGGEST. PPP MODEL NEEDS ALSO BE PUT TO USE. BESIDES, INDUSTRIAL HOUSES NEED ALSO TO BE ENCOURAGED TELLING THEM TO TREAT IT AS A CALL FROM THE NATION. ALL SAID AND DONE, CENTRAL GOVT. TO ENSURE REMOVING HURDLES.

We, in India, are currently passing through a phase in which for a General Category citizen from middle strata of society, owning a house of own has almost become a luxury. It is painful to
categorize our citizenry, but it is hardest of hard facts, fearing no contradiction, so far all the Schemes initiated by Government, Central or State, invariably seek to cater to non-General Category or BPL citizenry. Resourceful can fend for themselves. What about GC MIDDLE CLASS? SO FAR CONCERN OF NONE.HOPE

Conrd. From Previous Post. It is only now that anyone and everyone can see light at the end of the tunnel when Hon'ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi has made his intention known to embark on journey in pursuit of his mission to ensure a dwelling unit for all WITHOUT LOOKING FOR COLOUR AND CREED OF THE CITIZENS OF INDIA. TO THOSE WHO HAD LOST ALL HOPE OF EVER GETTING ATTENTION OF GOVERNMENT FOR THINKING ARRANGING A HOUSE FOR THEM, IT IS NO DOUBT LIKE COMMENCING OF A NEW PHASE.
