3. What should be the role of ULBS’s?
4. What role can the State Housing Boards/Corporations and other state entities play in this objective?
5. What are the key learnings from Urban Local Bodies in implementation of housing programmes?
6. What role can the private sector play in “Housing for All” by 2022?
7. What is the role of industries?
8. What should be the role of individual?
9. How to mobilize financial resources for this objective?
10. What kind of legal and regulatory frameworks are required to facilitate housing in general and “Housing for All” in particular?
11. How can more urban land be made available for housing?
12. How can linkage between employment/livelihood and housing be made more robust?

The shopping malls should have provisions for space for portable/movables counters; hence no street hawkers. The Malls should have also provisions for organizing trade fairs/promotional sales by SME and small shop owners. The mall should have three tier shopping experience.

Urban housing policy should be done keeping all things in mind. Today our cities are choking with problems of infrastructure, increasing population, traffic/ congestion, sanitation & hygiene, water, electricity, schools & colleges, medical & hospitals, increasing crime rate, rise in price of basic commodities day by day. Emphasis should be on local agriculture production. Putting too much of population in a small area is of major concern as it puts pressure on natural resources of that area.

All Housing Projects are directly linked with Urban Poors. some points 1. Every Where Project Manager should be Social Expert because he can make relation with the slum dwellers and explain the benefits of the projects to them in their language. engineers cant do. Administration support from collector is needed in each step. no body get stay from court until this is an emergency 2.
