1. After every 5km vehicle service points must be installed.
2. Roof water harvesting must be made compulsor for every house and also in schools and colleges.
3. Welfare committees must be formed in the city to which citizens can approach before approaching the government.
4. Hard water must be first treated and then soft water must be circulated in the city. This will reduce the formation of scum which will pollute the water resource of the city

I think Dharwad/Hubli should team up with Indian Institute of Technology to come up with
1. Solar Farms
2. Wind Mill farms
and other alternative methods.
to tackle the electricity shortage faced by our city. The project should be able to provide atleast 25% of the city needs. This will be a great start for the New IIT dharwad.

Smart people are the one who are able to face and defend themselves from various critical situations physically as well as mentally. Therefore self defence camps must be organised at school and college levels so the present children can become strong citizens of the futrure.
these camps must be arranged specially for girls so that they can face the toughest of the tough situaions easily. This will also reduce the rape percentage ofthe city.
