New Town area is deserted after the office rush. Frequent police patrolling is required in and around the area for the safety of people staying there.

I see street lights are switched on in broad day light. Why do you want to waste electricity unnecessarily? We get ample sunlight throughout the day; can we not use solar energy to save nature for the future?

Apart from tall buildings lining the roadway, I would like to see lot of greenery in and around New Town. Development is important but sustainable development is equally important. Go green. Save environment.

Recently, I went for a drive at New Town and my God the roads were in pathetic condition. I would request the higher authorities to fix the roads ASAP.

Government should start thinking about waste management especially because the garbage dumping area is now becoming a matter of concern. With development of New Town, more families will start living and that is bound to increase the amount of waste. So, this high time that thought should be given to waste management.

Using solar power for street lights can be an excellent idea for saving energy consumption. Apart from that it is important to install more police capsules because a large portion of the New Town is very less populated. So, increasing security is necessary!

It’s time for the smart city to look smart. Underground electric wiring should now be taken into consideration. With wires hanging from everywhere, doesn’t look good!

Proper CCTV cameras should be installed at regular intervals across New Town roads and public places. And they should be monitored closely along with prompt action from police, medical and other services in the event of any emergency.
