The Government of lndia has launched an ambitious "Smart Cities Mission" to promote cities that provide core infrastructure and a good quality of life to its citizens, a clean and sustainable environment with the application of 'Smart' Solutions'. The Government of India have identified Warangal as one of the 100 cities to participate for the smart city challenge.

In this context, the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) is in the process of preparing the Smart City Proposal. The GWMC seeks valuable suggestions of the citizens to formulate the vision for the Smart City Warangal.

A strategic vision shapes a preferred future for a city. A successful vision has economic, spatial, social and environmental dimensions that reflect a city’s unique physical and cultural traits; it provides direction for the activities of the Corporation, citizens and stakeholders; and ensures that citizens, city agencies, and stakeholders are working towards those shared sub-goals. The vision statement should inspire our city’s residents and can even become the branding for our smart city.

The Smart City Advisory Forum of Warangal shall evaluate the vision statement and award the best three entries.

if in colleges no textbooks..........then we have to use only tabs.In tabs only all documents and required data will made it available......

for making smart city to bhopal some suggestion by me: 1.proper waste management :- there is a good arrangement for waste management in a smart city and all the waste are separated as recycled or non recycled material.it is for swachchh bharat as well as swachchh city.mera bhopal swachchh bhopal. in hindi:- iske liye kachara peti jin par recycle or non recycle material aur jan jagarti ( people awareness )ki awashakat he . 2.Requirement for conserving natural beauty of bhopal city:-

Bhopal Assured water and electricity supply, sanitation and solid waste management, efficient urban mobility and public transport, robust IT connectivity, e-governance and citizen participation, safety and security of citizens.

In respect to smart city, people safety and security specially to woman should be given high priority.CCTV camara should be fixed at all the points from entrance of city to exit of city, which should be constantly monitored. smart city should be trade,sercives and business oriented, NO industries which make pollution, should be sanctioned within the limit of 25 kms of the city. The city should be completely with trees and plants,it should be pollution free, The people should feel like heaven

All facilities like water,electricity,road,drainage,health,education,business facilities,shopping mall,tele-eloctronic facilities,internet-wifi,Garden, theator,temple for all religion,hotel,railway,metro,transportation,latest infrastructure,all types of plays-grounds,clubs,all types of entertainment faci., etc,are unlimited,clean,dust-free,advance with high technology with online digital facilities for all types of services,There should be no deficit of any goods,items or services to people

Concentrate on developing the educational facilities, the present kakatiya university is not of good standards, it has large scope for development. Make sure that every child gets primary education by improving the infrastructure of govt schools, making private schools follow RTE act Sec 12-c. Facilities for secondary education are bad in the city. Improving the medical facilities by making MGM a world class level hospital and maintain it so that everyone can access them. #SmartCity #Warangal.

यह गर्व की बात है कि हमारे शहर भोपाल को स्मार्ट सिटी के लिए चुना गया है । मेरा सुझाव यह है कि स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने के लिए सर्वप्रथम अपराधों मे कमी होना चाहिए । 2. भोपाल शहर को झीलो की नगरी कहां जाता हैं । परन्तु कुछ वर्षो से हमें झीलो की नगरी कहलाने के बाबजूद पानी की समस्या से जूझना पड़ता है । इसलिए हमें तालाबों का गहरी करण करना चाहिए, एंव कुछ चयनित रिक्त भूमियों पर अन्य झीलों एंव तालाबों का निर्माण करना चाहिए । जिसके परिणामस्वरूप हमारा शहर पूर्णता झीलों की नगरी के रूप में विकसित हो सके ।
