The theme for International Day of Yoga 2023 could be "Yoga for Mental Health and Well-being". This theme would emphasize the importance of yoga as a tool to improve mental health and promote overall well-being. The COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for mental health support, and yoga can be a powerful tool to help manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. This theme could encourage individuals to incorporate yoga into their daily routines to improve their mental health and overall quality of life. Additionally, it could also highlight the importance of accessibility to yoga for all individuals, regardless of their physical abilities or financial situations.
