Recognising the universal appeal of Yoga, owing to its demonstrated benefits towards immunity building and stress relief, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on 11th December 2014 proclaimed 21st June as the International Day of Yoga (IDY). Since 2015, this day has been observed to remind people across the globe about the benefits of Yoga and build public interest in Yoga by highlighting its importance and contributions to public health.
The preparations for the 9th International Day of Yoga (IDY2023) have already begun, and the Ministry of Ayush (MoA) is looking forward to active participation from the citizens.

Every year IDY is observed with a theme. The themes of the previous years are given below:

With this backdrop, MoA invites all citizens to share their ideas on how to observe the 9th IDY with a theme. Name the theme and describe how to celebrate this IDY keeping the theme in mind.

Last Date of Submission is 31st March 2023.

"yoga for soul " with the current rapid world we failed to revive our soul. With the yoga we can access ourselfs to find who we are, to find how should be with others. lets do yoga for good mental health for sake of onselfs and others.

Yoga can activate our brain cells to be positive in thought process, to prevent the diseases ,to create a powerful aura around our head,to clean the toxins from our body. Overall the Yoga observed internationally makes a bonding bridge between countries and create a unique positive atmosphere.The first innovative thought & initiative activities by our Honourable Prime Minister Sj Narendra Modiji Sir has started the process to observe the International Yoga Day every year to keep all healthy and happy both mentally and physically.

EACH AND EVERY WORK , DONE WITH MENTAL PHYSICAL HEALTH IS YOGA AND IT CAN BE ACHIEVED ONLY WITH YOGA YOGA SHOULD BE MANDATORY DUTY PERFORMED TO ATTAIN RESISTANCE AGAINST ANY NEGATIVE BREAKOUTS IN A NATION.

Modi Sir डिअर रेस्पेक्टेड पं सर योग यह एक अनोखी साधना है इसके लिए हम सबने सबसे पहले योग शुरू करने से पहले कुछ बाते जानना जरुरी है योग तभी सफल होता है जब योगा के लिए पूरी तरह से तैयार हो जैसे कोसभी स्पोर्ट या मशीन चालू करने से पहले उसकी बहुत जरुरी तैयारिया करनी होती है स्पोर्ट के लिए हर रोज प्रैक्टिस और मशीन के लिए उसे चालू करनेसे पहले हवा देखना पेट्रोल सही और इलेक्ट्रिक कनेक्शन किया है इसी तरह योगा के लिए तैयारी बहुत ही ज्यादा जरुरी है मैं स्वयं सात साल योगा का अभ्यास कर रहा हु और मेरा संशोधन निचे दिए हुए है। A ) पेट साफ़ रहना बहुत ज्यादा जरुरी है वो कैसे १. योगा की पद्धत से जैसे की लैटरिंग को बैठने के बाद बाए हात की मुठ्ठी पेट में दाएं और दबाना इसीसे नैचरल तरीकेसे पेट बिलकुल साफ़ होता ही है। २. त्रिफ़ला चूर्ण रात को गरम पानी के साथ जीतनी उम्र है उतना रत्ती लेना , B ) पूरा सिस्टम साफ़ होना जैसे किडनी, लिवर,और नस नदिया इ. रात को कॉपर के बर्तन एक लीटर पानी रखकर सुभह उठने के तुरंत बाद लेना बिना कुल्ला किये। हमेशा गिर गाय का घी रात को सोते समय चार
