Ministry of Electronics and IT has drafted a Data Centre policy to benefit the Data Centre park developers/Data Centre operators as well as the allied ecosystem of the Data Centre sector. The policy envisages making India a Global Data Centre hub, promote investment in the sector, propel digital economy growth, enable provisioning of trusted hosting infrastructure to fulfill the growing demand of the country and facilitate state of the art service delivery to citizens. This document lays out a policy framework including various structural / regulatory interventions, investment promotion in the sector, possible Incentivization mechanisms along with the institutional mechanism required for the governance. The policy framework also seeks to strengthen the recently announced “AatmaNirbhar Bharat” initiative by identifying possible opportunities of manufacturing of Data Centre equipment (IT as well as non-IT) in the country. It also identifies possible areas of participation by MSMEs and Start-ups.

The policy intends to ensure sustainable and trusted Data Centre capacity within the country. This policy framework shall be followed by a detailed scheme with implementation guideline document providing the particulars of various fiscal and non-fiscal incentives to be provided to the sector by the Central and State Government.

For the same, Ministry of Electronics and IT invites citizen suggestions on the Draft Data Center Policy 2020.

परम सम्माननीय माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी देश की बेरोजगारी दूर करने के लिए एक कानून बनाओ की 31 से 50 वर्ष जे समस्त युबा परिवार की पति या पत्नी में से किसी एक को काम देने की जिम्मेदारी सरकार की हो प्रत्येक निकाय को आदेश दे कि वह अपने अन्तर्गत आने बाले समस्त परिवार के 25 से 30 वर्ष के समस्त युबाओ को नोकरी में लगाने का पूर्ण प्रयास करें जो शेष रहे उन्हें उनकी योगयता अनुसार 31 से 50 वर्ष तक काम देने की जबाबदारी सरकार की हो उसके लिए जो (1)मनरेगा में मजदूर है उन्हें 50 को हमेशा के लिए काम पर लगाये

first government should have the centralised data of all central,state ,concurrent list subject on real time basis . create decentralise data collection centre so that discision making automatically becomes centralised

We need to consider potential threats and deploy a framework/testing which would counteract risk, automatically audit and ensure regulatory compliance is met before making services with in datacenter available for functional use.

abhi jo hardware use ho rahe hai communication ke liye uski jagah kuch alag line create karni hogi generation and access both different, jese ki govt office me data entry ke liye alag line and vo data server pe save hota hai tab usko access karne ke liye alag line jese vpn use hota hai to vpn use nahi karna hai, and internet se vo line bilkul bhi connected nahi honi chahiye.

आज हर इंसान के हाथ में तकनीक है और इसका सही और गलत उपयोग हो रहा है जिसका प्रभाव हमारे समाज दिखना शुरू हो गया है आज तकनीक ने बहुत सी सुविधाऐं है तो साथ ही कुछ उसके नुकसान भी लेकिन अगर देखा जाये तो इंटरनेट आज हमारे जीवन की सबसे बड़ी जरूरत बन गई है। उसी को देखते हुए एक डाटा सेंटर की भी जरूरत प्रतीत हो रही है। ये जरूरी है आज समाज में कब कहाँ और कैसे क्या हो रहा इसका सभी को पता होना चाहिए और इसके डाटा सेंटर होना बहुत जरूरी है।
