Please Revisit Children Education Allowance section 10(14)i.e currently it is Rs100/month per child which is very low comparing to our current living index.

Dear sir,
During the times of the Ancient Nalanda University, education or at least Higher Education was free. There were rigorous entrance tests and students who got in were subsidised by business and other organisations.
Could there be structures in place in this budget which enable education to the deserving and the talented students at no cost, somewhat like the model followed in ancient Nalanda ?.

Dear Sir,
This relates to the Custom Duty on Petroleum Products under the present scenario where private parties have been given license to market Petrol and Diesel. A detailed write up with the implications of marketing rights and suggestions for corrective action, is attached herewith.
Kind regards

Sir,
Kindly introduce some sort of mechanism to remove the brokers/adatias from the mandi. Farmer works in field for months but a large part of their profit is taken away by these adatias. Farmer cannot decide the rate of their crops. Some sort of cooperative/institution is needed by medium of which profit of hardwork of farmer is received by them not others.

Sir,
Even after so many schemes/efforts of governments desired results are not achieved in areas of unemployment, economic upliftment etc. The main reason is increasing population. Policy is needed to control it. Introduce some sort of incentive like tax rebates for family with 1 or 2 child to promote small family. Introduce some penalty for family who have more than 2 child after 2017 like ineligible for all sort of government scheme(including reservation) irrespective of caste/religion etc.

I have come to know that the Govt is going to reintroduce the 1000 rupee note . This step in my view will once again give scope to increase black money. When govt has already controlled the situation and now we people are habitual to meet our needs with less cash, there is no need to introduce 1000 rupee note. Only 500 rupee note is sufficient. The govt should withdraw 2000 rupee note after sometime.
should withdraw.

Currently, the exemption u/s.54EC for depositing capital gains is Rs.50 lakhs per property and can be invested only once. I suggest that the restriction on the upper limit be lifted. This will ensure reduction in generation of black money. It will also ensure that the whole of the amount is used by the prescribed entities that receive them and is under the control of the Central Government. This will also protect the elderly who chose to or are forced to sell property for their needs

I feel bad, when terrorists succeed with such great ease in attacking our army bases/ cantonments / airfields, Parliament houses and such strategic installations. We spend billions on procuring arms and ammunition. I wonder why we still have only dated check posts/gates for such sensitive/ important offices, army bases. Even if costs a few hundred crores, foolproof electronic and physical defence walls should be made around all these installations."Hamey woh thok ke jaate hey.Bardast nahi hota"
