The Government should be truthful first. In India the biggest misleading advertisement is given by the government itself. UIDAI advertised Aadhar is your right. How does asking me to give my biometric data to private operators with foreign links become my birth right. Was not the government cheating us ?

Technologically shown enhancement and time lapse should be regulated. Example: soap manufacturing company shows time lapse in its advt. for competitor's product to show harmful effect on skin but fails to show similar comparison for its own soap. Beauty product uses computer to enhance skill color and in a way are promoting differentiation based on skin color. These subjects should be regulated.

An agency should be formed to monitor/approve all types of ads before going to printing/air. All ads should only be made public after approval of the agency. Print media may publish approval ref. alongwith the ads. This way misleading advertisements can be controlled otherwise the innocent/illiterate persons will continue to be at risk of money/life.

Citizens must have the right to complain anonymously or the accused companies can hire goons to threaten and assault them. There has to be Censor Board for monitoring false Ads which are growing by leaps and bound because of cut-throat competition. Health drink companies FALSELY CLAIN THEIR PRODUCT INCREASE HEIGHT AND INTELLIGENCE. These two are genetic inheritance and has nothing to do with food. Many students with poor nutrition do better than their rich classmates. ..Fairness cream is false.

Bedides Consumer Forums, seperate Consumer Right Protection Cell (CRPC) is needed zonal/ region wise to protect the rights of a consumer not only affected by consuming a particular product or service but also, if someone not a consumer/ customer may find some misleading content in an advertisement which results to future loss to the consumers. Vulgarity increasing day by day in advertisements should be included in the circumference under CRPC + the child artist protection. Thank you.

i write again our justice system- courts are courts of law not court of justice.of- course we need law , nd has to be according to law , but some times justice is beyond law, it can not be blind.
