Any consumer movement can be successful only with the whole-hearted participation by the consumers.  All the citizens of the country are consumers in one way or the other.  The citizens, therefore, is expected to be pro-active in identifying misleading advertisement, suggest effective measures to tackle such advertisements and are also expected to offer out of the box ideas so that the movement against misleading advertisement can really picks up the desired momentum.

In this era all advertisement connect with nudity and lady,which result among young mass is unlawful and the keep in mind crime attitude,all citizens as well as company as well as sensor board must aware an allow only good motivational adds and themes,than the mission must success.

Advertisement is tool for promoting the product and to make people aware about the same rather than misleading people which is done by most of advertisements.

FOR MISLEADED ADVERTISEMENTS,NEWSPAPER+TV IS RESPONSIBLE.IT MUST BE UNDER CRIMNAL VIOLENCE.CEO OF NEWSPAPER+TV CHANNEL MUST GET ALL THE ENQUIRIES DONE BEFORE KEEPING ADS IN FRONT OF PUBLIC.CERTIFICATES OF SUCH NEWSPAPER+TV CHANNELS MUST BE BANNED FOR 6 MONTHS,SOTHAT THEY CAN NEVER EVEN THOUGHT TO MISGUIDE PEOPLE FOR THE SAKE OF MONEY.

Advertisements should be crystal clear.The words or the action shown in advertisement should be according to the product otherwise state govt should take action against it

citizen should be very dynamic in such cases.All such matters should be reported to the concerned authorties without any delay.Self-oriented mentaliity should change .Mislead can approach you through any path.so citizen should be very active in reporting such cases.

Special board should be formed for misleading ads. Every advertisement should be viewed by the special board members and then only if board member thought that the advertisement is fair and then advertisements should be broadcast.

MISLEADING / UNSCIENTIFIC ADVERTISEMENTS TO BE TREATED AS CRIMINAL OFFENCE / CHEATING & SUITABLE ACTION TO BE TAKEN AGAINST THE PERSONS / ORGANISATIONS WHO RELEASE SUCH MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS & AS SUCH CITIZENS CAN LODGE POLICE COMPLAINTS & IT IS THE ONUS ON THE PART OF ADVERTISERS TO DISPUTE THE CLAIM OF COMPLAINANT.
